Plum cake with crumble

For the weekend there is a great, quick and very tasty recipe for a plum cake.

For the shortcrust pastry
Ingredients for the base:
250 g flour
125g cold butter
80g sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Filling:
1 kg of plums
250 ml plum juice or cherry juice
100g sugar
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder

For the sprinkles:
200g flour
130g butter
80g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
