INGREDIENTS
For the cookies
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 1 unit of egg yolk
- 80 grams of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 50 grams of unsalted butter
For the lemon cream
- 100 grams of icing sugar
- 2 of Lemons
- 50 grams of unsalted butter
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the icing sugar, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add lemon zest and egg yolk, keep mixing.
Finally, add the flour and baking powder, mix very well until you get a uniform dough.Β Make a ball and take the cookie dough to the fridge for 10 minutes.
