No bake peanut cookies: the recipe for some delicious treats

Ingredients:

300 g of white chocolate
300 g of peanuts
130 g of dry biscuits
Caramel

Directions:

  1. Dip peanuts in hot oil, then drain them.
  2. Finely grind biscuits and peanuts, then mix them with melted white chocolate.
  3. Pour the mixture in the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. Place the biscuits in a paper cup or onto some shortcrust biscuit as a base.
  5. Fill with caramel.
